

Make the most of today, we all know what day it is tomorrow !

Baked apples filled with nuts, honey and chocolate biscuits !!
You will need :- 4 large apples, 2 tablespoon of almonds, pistachio,walnuts and hazelnuts. 6 Tablespoon of honey, 4 large chocolate biscuit and 4 spoons of butter.
Pre-heat the oven at 200, wash and dry the apples and empty the center, with the help of special utensil.
Break and mash the biscuits,and nuts in a bowl and add the honey until well mixed together.
Apply the butter to the center of the apple, and fill with the mixture of biscuits, nuts and honey ,place in a bowl and cook for 40 mins approx, serve hot or
A great tip:-

For a special occasion or just a treat for yourself serve with ice cream a great contrast to the warm apple !
This should take you about 60 mins, it serves 4 and is 210 calories and to top it all it is a cardio-protector, what more could you wish for.. enjoy.

There are many people who will try to stop you from obtaining your freedom, this is not always due to malice, it can be from genuine concern from people close to you, who always feel they know best,they make decisions for you all your life and we, through respect, fear, lack of confidence never stop them to point out, your point of view. It is necessary to communicate clearly with everyone regarding your feelings, emotions and inspirations in life, your life ! Never forget , when you learn to communicate clearly you stop doing things that you don’t want to do, people start to understand you for who you are, they start to understand you, you are actually saying what you mean, when you realise you are doing this, you will start to feel more free, you are speaking with respect but you are on your way to freedom……

When you start your journey into freedom, you are moving into a positivity zone that you are creating, this is your zone where you are discovering you as you truly are… the real you, making your own decisions and direction in life, your life. Another important lesson is to t use the word NO when needed and YES when you want to, they are short powerful words but need to be used in the form that you are happy, we are not here to always please others, we cannot do that all the time, we all like to be kind,but there is also a saying “We need to be cruel to be kind” at times ! we cannot be pleasing others all through are life., we need to trust our instincts, follow our inspirations we would never fool ourselves and our instincts are from deep within, we are true to ourselves if we take note. Never be afraid to move forward and change what you feel is necessary to obtain your personal freedom, you are unique, never talk yourself down, remember when you and your outlook is positive, you will attract positive events into your life.

You have the power to make the impossible into possible ! Never forget what you are capable of

First I would like to say a big thankyou to everyone for asking about my health and how I am doing, this is why I have decided to give you a little update, I am feeling really good and finally I am experiencing days without so much interior pain, each day does get better, not being able to sneeze or cough without tremendous pain, is a bit of a B, but I imagine all will be well shortly, I am driving again and caring for myself, so according to the Surgeon I am doing very well as only two months have passed.
I had my first appointment with my surgeon last week, and everything seems to be in the right place, I had my mitral valve repaired, it seemed to have exploded and needed a little attention. According to the eco it seems to be fine, and my next heart check will be in November, which makes me feel things are going fine. I am eating fine, and I exercise with my static bike 30 mins everyday!! so I am really trying to get back to my normal routine, I do still get tired easier, but again I am hoping that will just start to fade as I get stronger each day.

I did and have taken this experience as a wake up call, a second chance, it really does make you see life from a different point of view, our time is so precious, our health, we are precious and all the people we love take on a different role, I am so grateful for everything in my life, when you have a shock like this, as it is the last thing you are expecting, you have a lot of time to go over things in your mind, things you want to change , do, feel and I have found that it is important to implement those thoughts that have gone through your mind, wherever possible.

Look after yourself, listen to your intuition, listen to your body, love yourself ❤
