Sounds easy right, well think again, inhale exhale well yes, we do this to stay alive, however we are not good at letting go, and it is the  one thing that can hold us back, everyday and in everything we do…………..try to get to understand this, when we want new clothes, we really need to let some of our clothes go, otherwise we will need a second home to place your clothes in ! This simple basic action applies to all the wants we have, you have to find the right place for them in your life, would you buy a car, if you had no where to park it……? would you want children if you had no room for them in your home, this is a question of space, place, circumstances etc., we need to provide the correct circumstances to allow new things into our life, when we want to change, we change our mind-set we allow space in our brain to open up to allow this new energy to flow into and through us, when a new motorway or rail track is in the making, it is needed to acquire the land where it is first going, then the land must be cleared and prepared for the start of major works to allow the motorway etc., to development, trees need to be planted to create a forest and seeds and plants to form a garden or beautiful window box, everything needs its place and preparation, do you see how this works, no matter what you wish to create for your future, you need to be ready to fulfill your dream in every detail possible, this is when your visualisation and creation will come into being, when you are ready and prepared to accept it ! Imagine you wanted a soul mate, but all you really focus on is how you love time on your own and living within your space, if you soul mate appeared, are you ready to share have you prepared any of this to welcome some one into your life. So if your 2018 is going to be filled with new things and a new you, don’t forget to prepare, your surroundings, yourself, your way of thinking, start to prepare your new road thoughts into your brain, imagine your new life with what you want in it and prepare the best you can. This is how you can design your new life in 2018, so inhale……exhale…..and let go of everything that does not fit into your new picture of life, of what you want, if you want to change your look or the look of your home, certain things need to go, as they will stop you from achieving the effect that you want. Never be afraid of letting go of anything even if it is people, you will know in your heart, your intuition will tell you who is right and who is wrong, but sadly at times, fear gets in the way, are personal fear does not allow us to let go, do it, you need to do this, to enable yourself to move forward, letting go can be very hard,but it can also be one of the most wonderful releasing sensations you will ever know, and you will start to wonder why you never did it sooner. Life is meant to be lived, in the best possible way we can, this is a process, it will not happen over night,but, by starting now, you are on the road to your personal success.
