Problems, problems do you know anyone who does not have a problem in life, in fact people who swear to have no problems, must be living a very boring life, problems are lessons that are thrown at us as we go through life, some big some small, some unimportant and some very important, but it is a lesson that has been sent to us, the reason you have to decide for yourself, but with each problem we grow as human beings and generally become more of a beautiful and comprehensive  person to be around, you need to go through this process, do not be with someone in your life to resolve your problems, however you can be with someone who will help in this process and not allow you to face them alone. 

At times when problems arise between a couple, you may be accused of changing when confronting your problems in common, this is not the case, usually in these moments it is the way you now see it that has changed, you have just simply stopped living life in the way of the other, you now live life your way. Any given problem will have only three solutions, you can accept it, change it or leave it………….that’s it no more no less, so don’t spend days and days thinking it over, concentrate on these three aspects and act, most of the problems that appear in our life is also due to not thinking or we continue to think without acting. The more you think about your problems the deeper into stress you are placing yourself, creating a circle that never stops turning….. there is or should not be a life without problems and another guaranteed way of solving these problems is by using the art of patience. 

It also helps for you as a person to realise that nobody has a perfect life, this will help you to take pressure of yourself and not to chase a life or situation that in reality does not exist, everyone has problems in some shape or form , it is just that some people know how to deal with it in a more perfect way, we can all run away from our problem, this is the easiest solution but not the correct one, when you face your problems and work through them, you will find that you will come out of it much stronger. if a problem can be solved, there is nothing to worry about, and if it can’t be solved , then worrying will be a useless process !! Don’t let your problems push you in the wrong direction, just allow yourself to be pushed by your dreams…………

As we pass through our life journey with problems to solve, we are learning lessons with each one becoming more and more experienced which eventually allows us to enjoy our life even more, it is important to remember that we are not all made the same way, being supportive does not come naturally to everyone, when we assume that our partner should know, how wrong we are, they cannot see through our minds and know what is wrong, never take this for granted, as you could be very disappointed, we all have our bad times in life, we have all dealt with some nasty bad things, when this happens it is up to us to become stronger for it, and to carry on going forward, dwelling on the past will never help us, as we cannot change anything from the past. 

Go forward and identify your problems , but give your energy and power to the solutions needed, not to thinking of the past or irrelevant matters, stay focused resolve and release your problems.
