Is this you ? do you feel or see yourself in this role ? Many people are this way, they come across bossy or they simple are, and others, well they just feel as though they have a right, with whoever and whenever, generally this last type are not particularly well liked people and so  later the tables will turn on them and they may be left with no one to boss !!

If you want to spot an alpha(which can be a nicer word than bossy !) female or know if you are one, you will have a strong confidence about you, people will want to be around you and will always follow you if you hold a leadership position, the confidence is natural and not overpowering, you are not just trying to be more clever than the woman next to you, they will have a natural charm, charisma they do not have to shout to be noticed or act silly, the simple presence is enough. People will respect and listen to this kind of female.

They do not have to act in any way, everything they do will seem like second nature, they do not need to make great efforts, they are loyal loving people and have a wonderful way in staying calm under most circumstances, they will go with the flow and understand that things happen for a reason and cannot be forced they are stable and balanced. 

An alpha female usually will not mince her words, but she will not be uneducated at the same time, she will stand out in a crowd, but not because she wants to or forces this situation, she has a magnetic type like about her, people are drawn to her.She will point out weak spots when she has to, but always in a respectful way, she can also take criticism negative or positive and draw from these experiences. She will know herself really well in all aspects, and will have her own style in everything she does. She will not want to compete with other women as she is very comfortable being who she is, she is not insecure . Most alpha females will be emotionally intelligent, with great intuitive skills, knowing when to push forward or take a backward step, they allow their gut feelings to surface and take note of them.
