We love the spring right ? we get happy, feel younger…….then the sneeze starts, our eyes fill with tears and we get a sore throat into the deal as well, ….it’s allergy time !! so what can we do?

We deal with conjunctivitis problems with breathing a touch of asma, we get tired, typical allergy problems, the pollen count goes high and our life quality goes down maybe 30%, we can choose to not go out at certain hours of the day, that’s usually 5 to 10 in the morning and 7 to 10 in the evening,if it’s windy, that is not going to help us, you should try to keep doors and windows closed or we check the association in your area regarding the pollen count, you can in extreme cases have an annual injection for prevention and under medical care you can take antihistamine tablets which also give relieve.

Allergy 1

We must not forget that an allergy is a reaction that our body has, which effects are immune system, if you are stressed, your body can in fact duplicate your allergy problem, the reason for this is when we have chronic stress we give of a protein that causes inflammation which creates a worse situation, the same is to be said regarding antibiotics and nasal sprays, the body becomes used to them and fail to do their job correctly. If the allergy problem developes into asma, you must take extra care, the cough will become worse in the time of pollen, you will feel tired and can have a breathing problem, if this is the case, take care with the products you use within your home, natural products are always better for your breathing and install a machine to clean the aire. Swimming is an excellent sport to help with the breathing and the intake of Omega 3, found in blue fish, dried fruits, avocados as they have anti-flamatory qualities. acupuncture is also recommended

  2. Yes! That c-reactive protein is something we have to take into consideration. I’ve been having high CRP for several years and the worst part about it is that you can’t even know that it’s there until you get your check up.
