Aromatherapy is within these natural therapies , aromatherapy is making the most of natural essences found in aromatic plants and herbs, flowers and trees, even from the resin and the roots hold wonderful therapuetical powers. They are usually highly concentrated , and are used in small amounts and can be mixed with water or other base oils, like almond and olive. The object of aromatherapy is to better our health conditions and general well being, they can be applied during a masage , aromatic baths and can also be used hot or cold for injuries, they are also very well used for mood swings and our state of emotional mind.
