The lack of energy can be for many reasons, and the most obvious and common can be due to what we eat, or don’t eat…. certain foods give us more energy than others, we need to have good balance within, by sleeping well which also gives us good concentration and even a good sense of humour. 

Recent studies show that as much as 40% of the population can suffer from some kind of energy lack, however these so-called energetic problems can be strongly related to psychosomatic  problems which do not allow us to function correctly through a normal day.

A chronic tired syndrome , to be burned out, finished due to heavy stress over a long period of time, fibromialgia depression etc., are some of the many unbalances we suffer due to excess tiredness, but why does it happen and what can we do to resolve the problem……….figures show that this type of tiredness is one of the main reasons people are unable to go to work, it is known as the new epidemic of the 21st century , very difficult to diagnose, as many blood tests show up as normal, the cause physical or mentally are many, but can show  deficiencies in melatonin, cortisol  testarone etc., a lack of vitamins and minerals problems within the digestive system , stress or accumulation of toxins and infections.

The burnt out syndrome, was studied and given time to try to find out the principal solution for this problem…..a mixture of occidental medicine with a combination of alternative therapies. A complete examination is given and a complete blood survey in account of this, These results reflect how all the hormones are behaving and what they are up to in a 24 hour period, this is a very important point as hopefully within this period of time we can pin point what exactly triggers this initial tiredness.
