Since last Friday and my post Freebie Friday, I have been very busy, and I thank you for that, I had a wonderful response and I am very grateful. However the main question that stood out in many ways was the confusion on what exactly a Coach is, the misunderstanding really is quite amazing, and I understand that, so I thought I would try to explain the exact role of a Coach and what it could do for you in your life and that of others.

A Coach is involved in helping you to get from where you are, to where you want to be, and it works……….. A life Coach helps to bring about and fulfill new behaviors that will lead to successful communication in business or interpersonal relationships. People will generally spend approx 6 mths with a life Coach to establish goals, line up priorities, monitor progress and figure out solutions to set backs. (Some will stay for years, with a monthly keeping on track session) And it is not unusual for a Coach, to have a Coach.

Life Coaches are trained at drawing out a person’s own wisdom to help maximize work or potentials.

Life Coaches work one to one or in groups to help them make successful change in their lives.From the comfort of your own home, via Skype,telephone or email. Life Coaching is built on the principle that everyone has the answers to the questions they seek. Life Coaches help draw out those answers and help people live their lives to the fullest. 

A Coach is not a therapist, A Coach is not a consultant, Coaching is not advice giving, A Coach will lead you to where you want to go. 

By working with the right Coach, you can design your own life, create what you want, financially, physically, socially and spiritually, when you work with energy you can draw to you what you want, you can transform your beliefs, end your frustration, and stop looking to others for your abundance source.

I hope this has helped some of you to understand what a Coach can do for you in your life, you do not have to be an unhappy or unsuccessful person to work with a Coach, maybe you wish to go to the next level, but you are not sure how to get there, or you maybe you just want to start your successful life, or transform your life in some way, A Coach can guide you with this.
