September, here it is, the ninth month of the year, already here upon us, known to us in this part of the world as the beginning of fall, autumn… in Old English it was known as, Harvest Month ! The soft autumn wind starts to blow swaying the trees heavy with harvest, the fields ready to be emptied of their crop, the leaves begin to fall and the ground becomes covered in beautiful reds, oranges and browns leaves of all shapes and sizes, the scenery around starts its change, the days become shorter and we start to place another layer on our still sun blessed bodies, however, many of us welcome this beautiful season that will gently take us into Winter, after months of constant heat, its time for that change, a change that affects us in many ways, our routine usually takes on another rhythm, our lifestyle changes a little also, we spend more time inside than out,but that does not mean we cannot enjoy the outdoors, it’s just a change, these changes are some what forced upon us, but when it comes to us we have a choice, so if you are constantly thinking of changing your habits and beliefs, what a perfect time to do it, ALL CHANGE !! Next stop –  One happy life.
