Focus one’s mind for a period of time, In the West, the word meditation means a concentrated state of mind in serious reflection.

What is meditation                                                                                              Do we really know what meditation is ? As we can’t completely stop our minds, the art of meditation is a state of thoughtless awareness, real meditation is not just sitting quietly to think, it is a state of profound, deep peace this can only happen when  are mind is calm and silent, but alert. However this is easier said than done, Meditation needs practice to become perfect, it is a great method to reduce stress, and to attain a state of mental peace and tranquility. Meditation can give us a better quality of life and even reduce are medical costs and condition’s.             True meditation helps us to focus on the NOW and not a past we cannot change or a future we do not know.
