What a great day to start of your new loving yourself routine, we overlook so often, the importance of loving ourselves, did you know that an instant rush to your mood and self esteem can improve with just five minutes of exercise, in a pleasant open green space, so what are you waiting for, try to get outside and take some deep breath’s.
When you start to care more for yourself, you automatically feel different from the inside out, the way you feel shows on the outside also, it is amazing how you can acquire a totally relaxed and happy look, instead of a tension build up and a bad expression……you may not have time to take trips to a Spa or beauty salon, but you can make one at home, just the same if not better…..everyone enjoys a nice warm bath, with soothing bath oils and the possibility of soaking away the daily tension, light a few perfumed candles, a little music and you are set, the idea is to be able to disconnect and relax,obviously the longer the better, but, something is always better than nothing. If you can pamper yourself at the same time with a nice facial mask, then go ahead and go all out, its your time and you deserve it.
Take the journey and learn to love yourself………
If you have very little time, make the most of what you have and release your tension through some very clever little facial exercise’s, lots to try, the V for the eyes, put your middle fingers between your eyebrows, then press the outer corners of your eyes with your index fingers. Look up and move the lower eyelids upwards, making a strong quint. Relax and repeat sixtimes. Squeexe your eyes shut for 10 seconds, then relax, there are lots more but this will get you started
These are great tips, and should all be part of your daily life, when you start to incorporate them, you will start to see, what you have been missing, it is essential that we love ourselves, when we do it will show, in everything you do .
When you use your abilities and blend it with the nature you have around you, you will feel and see a natural beauty you never maybe knew you had, take the time to “smell the roses” and start to think of yourself as much as you do others, you are going to feel good and master an all day confidence, you will even feel healthier and a lift up in your life.
